【Main ingredients】Apramycin sulfate

【Properties】This product is light yellow or yellowish brown powder.

【Pharmacological action】It is effective against a variety of gram-negative bacteria (such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Proteus, Pasteurella, Treponema hyodysenteriae, Bordetella bronchitis) and Both Staphylococcus and Mycoplasma have bactericidal activity. Pyridoxal hydrochloride can enhance the antibacterial activity of this product. There is no cross-resistance between apramycin and other aminoglycosides caused by chromosomal mutations.

【Indications】Mainly used to treat swine Escherichia coli and other sensitive bacteria infections. Also used to treat diarrhea caused by Enterobacter calves and Salmonella. It has significant curative effect on bacterial diseases such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Mycoplasma infection of chickens, fowl cholera and necrotizing enteritis.

[Usage and Dosage] Therapeutic dose: Mixed drink is calculated as apramycin sulfate, 100g of this product is mixed with 1000-2000kg of water for poultry, and used for 5 days. Oral administration: per 1kg body weight, 12.5mg of pig (or 100g of this product is mixed with 2000kg of water), Continuous use for 7 days, mixed feeding: add this product per 1000kg of mixing material, pig 80-100g, poultry 100g, continuous use for 7 days, the preventive amount is halved. Aquatic products: Mixed feeding per kg/body weight mixed with bait and fed 60 mg (calculated by this product) once a day for 3-5 days.
